When my mother’s family gets together, it is mandatory that “squeaky cheese” is supplied by the grain silo full. This is in honor of my late grandfather who owned Manwaring Family Cheese. Our motto is if it doesn’t squeak don’t eat it. As you all are dating just remember, not all cheese curds are created equal….
